We had a fabulous stay at Orchard House, so cosy, well located & fabulously equipped. Our party was 7 couples with little babies and the owners were so helpful putting up travel cots and putting out extra highchairs. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Fabulous stay.

Orchard House Review
Orchard house is beautifully furnished, with all the facilities working, the grounds are immaculate, the views are lovely, the location is ideal for touring North Devon. Possibly the best ever holiday home that my family and I have ever stayed at (and we have over the years stayed at quite a few). The games room is well worth a visit and the welcoming scones, jam and cream went down very well

Chapman House Reviews
An outstanding cottage in a wonderful setting. This upside down converted barn was just perfect in every way with beautiful views of Portledge Bay and the surrounding countryside. Great for wildlife too with local walks accessible direct from the cottage. Our 2 pet Labradors were in doggy paradise with an enclosed large garden and fields to explore! Sea fishing and local attractions only a short drive away. A real gem of a holiday cottage in every respect.
